What to Expect in Therapy

Burnout recovery takes both compassion and consistency. In therapy, we’ll start by helping your body come out of survival mode — learning what rest and safety feel like again.
From there, we’ll focus on practical steps: reframing unhelpful beliefs about success, setting boundaries that hold, and learning to recognize early signs of stress before they spiral.

Sessions are available in person in Tacoma or virtually anywhere in Washington State.
