Meet the Tacoma Wellness Collective Team

At Tacoma Wellness Collective, our team of trauma-informed therapists offers steady, evidence-based support for the moments life feels overwhelming, confusing, or heavy. Whether you meet with us in Tacoma or online across Washington, you’ll find a therapist who listens closely, thinks deeply, and helps you move toward what matters most.

Meet the Team

Our team is shaped by a shared belief that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every therapist brings a distinct clinical style, specialized training, and their own way of building connection — because people heal differently, and your care should reflect that. We work from the understanding that growth happens when clients can choose the therapist who feels like the right fit, while still benefiting from the collective wisdom of a supportive clinical team. Our clinicians receive individual supervision and ongoing professional support, which allows them to deepen their own style and clinical focus while staying aligned with the values of the collective. Each therapist brings their own strengths and approach to the work so clients can choose someone who feels like a genuine fit for their needs and goals.

Mary Allison Jensen, LICSW, CMHS
Founder & Clinical Director

Mary Allison Jensen, LICSW, CMHS, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Tacoma Wellness Collective, where she leads with the belief that sustainable, ethical care starts with well-supported clinicians. As a Washington State–approved clinical supervisor, she mentors therapists in developing their own voice, values, and clinical confidence, shaping a culture grounded in integrity, compassion, and sustainable practice.

Mary Allison’s clinical background centers on helping individuals and families understand and shift generational patterns — the beliefs, behaviors, and survival strategies passed down through lived experience. Her work draws from attachment theory, DBT, and early childhood mental health to help people build emotional safety, self-compassion, and resilience that lasts. In addition to her clinical work, Mary Allison also speaks to groups and organizations about burnout, boundaries, and generational healing.

Mary Allison currently has a waitlist for new clients, with expected openings in early 2026. Though she is not taking new clients at this time, her clinical frameworks and leadership shape the culture of care across Tacoma Wellness Collective.
